Ruach Tova
 

Ruach Tova specializes in matching people who want to volunteer with organizations in need of assistance. Ruach Tova seeks to strengthen volunteerism in Israeli society by providing guidance and assistance to both the volunteers and recipients of their help.

Their site allows potential volunteers to find meaningful opportunities, according to their preferences, interests and geographical location, with individuals and organizations in need of help. Ruach Tova assists people from all over the world and provides opportunities in a variety of languages.

Yad Sarah

 

Yad Sarah, the largest voluntary organization in Israel, provides a spectrum of free or nominal cost services designed to make life easier for sick, disabled and elderly people and their families. Yad Sarah has 103 branches throughout Israel run by more than 6,000 volunteers.

A central office in the Jerusalem headquarters coordinates all volunteer matters and is focused on the overriding importance of correct placement in order to insure that the volunteers have the most rewarding service experiences possible. Yad Sarah is known throughout Israel for its success in recruiting, training, placing, upgrading, administering and rewarding the largest corps of volunteers in the country.

iVolunteer

 

iVolunteer has provided thousands of people from around the world with volunteer opportunities in Israel. In cooperation with many organizations, CVI has been able to compile volunteer information from many agencies into a single user-friendly database.

The site aims to match applicants with volunteer work as best benefits their skills and the needs of the organizations. English speakers are offered a wide range of activities that benefit Israeli society, including teaching English to students, volunteering on Kibbutz's, and participating in environmental conservation projects.
